Terms of Business
The Terms of Business and the Declaration Form on this page represent a binding legal agreement between Intermediaries and Allianz Global Investors.
As you will be aware all Intermediaries carrying on investment business, including dealing in or arranging deals in collective investment schemes must be appropriately authorised. We wish to record the terms upon which any business between us will be transacted.
In these Terms of Business, references to “you” and “your” are to the Intermediary. References to “we”, “us” and “our” are to Allianz Global Investors.
The Terms of Business and the Declaration Form (both provided below in PDF format) represent a binding legal agreement between you and us. These terms of business shall commence on the date upon which Allianz Global Investors receives the signed Declaration Form.
