Allianz Infrastructure Credit Opportunities Fund II holds third close at EUR 1 billion

  • The second vintage fund of the Allianz Resilient Opportunistic Credit (AROC) strategy, the Allianz Infrastructure Credit Opportunities Fund II (AICOF II) has raised EUR 1.007bn
  • The AICOF II invests in different positions in the capital structure with a focus on Europe

12 February 2026 | Allianz Global Investors (AllianzGI) today announced the successful third close of the Allianz Infrastructure Credit Opportunities Fund II (AICOF II) at EUR 1.007bn. AICOF II is the second vintage fund of the Allianz Resilient Opportunistic Credit (AROC) strategy which was launched in June 2024 and held its first close in December 2024. With this latest fundraise, the AICOF strategy has now attracted around EUR 1 billion in commitments from international institutional investors across Europe and Asia into its commingled fund platform.

The AICOF II aims to deliver attractive risk-adjusted returns through investments in senior and junior infrastructure debt investing at different layers of the capital structure. The investment focus is on Energy, Transport, Communication, Environmental, and Social infrastructure. The AICOF II is advanced in its deployment with recent investments made in digital infrastructure assets such as data centres and fibre network projects.
